In case, exhibitors are not able to organize VISAs on time or not want to travel for these shows, ITPA staff can either takeover the entire representation of exhibiting company or use part staffing, who will work in close connect with exhibitor. The ITPA personnel will be present on stand, full time and as visitors walk-in, explain them about member's product/ services. On arrival of visitor, based on their requirements, ITPA personnel through their advanced communication technologies, will connect member and customer directly via various video conferencing facilities.
For your reference, attached is a sample of stand building design of Pavilion/ member stands, as per the new norms, as required by USA, Middle East & European Union. One of our divisions is into stand building, so we can help CLE build stands as per new norms across Europe/ Middle East/ North / South America etc.
All stands, built/ represented by ITPA, will have CCTV coverage, whose footage will be streamed live to members phones/ laptops during the full duration of this show. This way, in case ITPA personnel, misses on some important visitor, client can directly contact ITPA personnel and make the required move.
All leads generated during this show, will be sent directly to respective members on day-to-day basis, this will help them follow up on the lead immediately.
As, ITPA has its operations, in Europe, Middle East, CIS, North & South Africa, our executives from local offices can help any participants at these shows. To be able to do this smoothly, our executives in each region will first interact with client to understand his requirement personally and then represent them at these shows globally.
If client wants to ship their products for display – they can do so at our respective warehousing facilities. Once these products reach our warehouse, we will ship them to exhibition venue and get them back to our facility. If members wish, they can call back for these products to their respective countries or can store them at our facility for next 12 months.
In case of technical products, if client need help to install/ ship / service their product at buyer's site, ITPA’s team of freelance engineers/ technical consultants will get it done at prefixed prices.
ITPA can organise, logistic support to ship products, to respective dealers/ distributors in expected regions.
